McElroy Metal Mill, Inc Hiring for Marketing Manager Full Time

An opening currently exists for a Marketing Manager at the corporate office for McElroy Metal in Bossier City, Louisiana. This exempt -level marketing position generates interest in our products and services across multiple channels and s to our Director of Marketing & Sales Training.

Some responsibilities of this position are:

• Oversees Graphic Artist and Marketing Service Associate positions

• Participates in the development and leads the execution of the annual marketing plan

• Monitors website analytics and leverages creative thinking skills to improve results

• Manages email newsletters, including content, layout, frequency, and ideas to improve results

• Primary responsibility for content creation, including blogs, videos, literature, and website collateral

• Collaborates with other departments, agencies, and associations to create and share content

• Oversees social media efforts:

• Identifies influencers of interest, manages relationships and content

• Increases content/frequency on all social and emerging marketing channels

• Leads internal efforts to improve user profiles, comments, and post sharing

• Supervises all marketing-related collateral

• Directs all marketing campaigns for McElroy Metal and McElroy Metal Service Centers

• Actively participates in McElroy chat experience

• Oversees earned media efforts with advertising journals

• Manages campaign collateral for regional/one-off marketing campaigns

• Provides administrative support to the sales team through maintenance and publishing of various documents such as sales s and the Sales Rep Handbook

Some requirements of this position are:

• Five or more years of marketing and/or marketing management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communication, or equivalent experience.

• Strong creation; copywriting & editing skills for print, video, and digital formats.

• Proficiency with digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics

• Ability to perform data analysis; recommend improvements to all campaigns and collateral

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, oral communication and project management skills.

Desirable experiences:

• Construction-related experience

• Working experience with HubSpot and Inbound Marketing

• At least three years of writing experience for both B2B & B2C audiences
