McDonald’s Hiring for £10 Per Hr – Fridays – Staff Member – Flexible Hours – EX6 7XS at Exeter Full Time

We want every McDonald’s customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As part of our team, you’ll make it happen, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers’ needs.

Benefits:
We provide competitive pay of up to £10 per hour for new starters, plus £3 per hour if you work between midnight and 6am. In addition, your pay can be quickly increased through our development programme which is available to all employees. If you‘d like a guaranteed number of hours each week, we can provide a contract to meet your needs; or we can be flexible and offer shifts that work around your needs.

You’ll need to be friendly, courteous and helpful with customers and colleagues, and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are important, as is maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness. The ability to work efficiently and productively is essential and we want you to maintain a smart working appearance.
