The Role
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Brisbane team. This role will be to ensure that high quality transactional and professional service is offered to internal and external clients. This will be determined by accurate record keeping, close liaison with internal and external clients, adherence to the established policy and procedures of the firm and by maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Provide assistance with monthly billings;
• Process trust transactions on request;
• Process MasterCard approvals and coding;
• Review investment accounts. petty cash and bank reconciliations;
• Payment and entering of legal creditors;
• Management of Finance assist email;
• Provide overflow assistance to the broader finance team, including matter opening and the reporting team; and
• Reporting through excel.

Experience
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in Financial Administration, and must have experience with Queensland trust accounting and investment rules and regulations.

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
• Be service focused with an appetite to up skill;
• Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products (including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel);
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring prompt turnaround time for requests;
• Has the ability to exercise initiative and judgement and to maintain confidentiality;
• Ability to monitor and maintain a high standard of accuracy in work through a high degree of attention to detail;
• Demonstrated ability to use a high degree of initiative and adopt a proactive approach to work; and
• Previous Elite Enterprise experience highly regarded.
