Job Description. Billing/ Full Charge Bookkeeper
Full or part time
1) Reports on A/R and A/P weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
*
2) Bills clients
*
3) Collects rent from 3 rental properties via Cozy app.
*
4) Processes payroll/ADP.
*
5) Pays subcontractors and supplier/manufacturer invoices
*
6) Enters HR paperwork, direct deposit and workers compensation claims
*
7) Helps with tracking budgets, job costs,
*
9) Reconciles banking and credit card accounts
10) Communicates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers about billing questions
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
*
– Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and finance
*
– Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a comparable amount of relevant experience.
Requirements:
– Knows how to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment and seamlessly jump from task to task
– Has attention to detail, but is also able to see the big picture
– Has a positive attitude and great communication skills (will have to communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers)
– Is organized and knows how to sustain an organized working environment
Having interest and or/experience with construction and historic building remodeling is a plus. Quiet working style, warm heart, sense of humor, all plusses.
