Role and Responsibilities

• Handling all service requests
• Scheduling service
• Placing orders as required for parts
• Inventory Monitoring
• Data entry and tracking
• Repair status updates and reports
• Booking outside service work as required
• Asset Licensing
• Asset management
• General Reporting
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers via phone & email

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma
• Previous maintenace experience would be seen as a benefit
• Comprehensive computer skills
• Entrepreneurial work ethic
• Good decision making and multitasking skills
• Highly organized
