Marketing/Sales Coordinator

The Marketing/Sales Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to integrate marketing and sales efforts across the organization
• Plan, manage, and coordinate a wide variety of client and prospect events
• Coordinate networking activities to maximize agency representation
• Provide coordination and assistance with public relations and sponsorship efforts
• Create, deploy, and evaluate targeted sales campaigns alongside and with other team members
• Implement and monitor sales tools/platforms to ensure effective use
• Coordinate cross sale efforts within the organization
• Create and facilitate prospect outreach campaigns
• Support internal sales and marketing efforts through the development of proposals, presentations, and other marketing/sales materials

The best candidate for this position will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications related field
• Proven marketing and sales experience preferred
• Social media and graphic design knowledge required
• Ability to effectively communicate one-on-one or in group setting
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with great attention to detail
• Digital media experience including video editing preferred
• Positive, creative attitude to compliment a Best Places to Work culture
• Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Organized with self-accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and WordPress experience preferred
