HR Administrator | Sheffield area – Wales Bar, South Yorkshire
Part Time: 4 days per week – 15-20 hrs per week
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 pa pro rata part time hours

Our client a highly successful and established manufacturing company, they are looking to strengthen their office team in the recruitment of an experienced part-time HR Administrator.
Working as part of the office team, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource / HR administration, to include the maintenance of personnel records, preparing and amending HR documentation where necessary, and the management of the training records. Your role will include reviewing and renewing company policies and ensuring company compliance.

Part-Time HR Administrator duties and responsibilities:

• HR office administration
• Management of the Recruitment process and administration, including, advertising, arranging interviews, job offers, contracts and induction and liaising with employment agencies
• Maintaining and updating personnel records and general administration
• Arranging training and continuous development reviews
• HR related minute taking of meetings – Disciplinary, Grievance
• Detailing and maintaining Company policies and procedures
• Other ad hoc duties

Experience and Qualifications required for the Part-time HR Administrator position:

• Essential Excellent attention to detail is essential Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
• Computer literate, understanding of Word and Excel software packages
• Desirable Hold a CIPD Qualification, or to be currently studying towards this
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills Hard working, confident and diligent
