Our client is a global success story with nearly a quarter of a million staff in total, and over 5,000 onshore servicing 200 clients. Offering a broad range of cloud and digital solutions, they are hiring a large number of Talent Acquisition Partners to bolster their onshore recruitment team to deliver to over 400+ hires per quarter.

The opportunities
There are a number of opportunities for you if you are a technical agency or technical talent acquisition consultant – working remotely, from home or a hybrid model out of soon to be finished North Sydney offices, you will build talent pools across cloud, infrastructure, devOps, engineering, architecture, cyber security, QA and technical consulting. With excellent stakeholder management skills you will run an end to end process from brief through to boolean searching to deliver a strong shortlist of contractor or permanent hires who you will manage to successful placement. You will also be involved in continuous improvement projects around diversity, process improvement and employer brand initiatives.

Who you are
You will be in technical recruitment now, either in an agency, internal or in an RPO solution. You may be looking for greater flexibility and to be part of a large onshore TA team – this team is 20+ now and services the high volume permanent and contract needs for ANZ. You’ll have strong boolean search skills (LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, Google xray etc), have talent pooled to deliver to your client base before and be a confident stakeholder manager.
