Our client
Our client is one of the most successful specialist recruiters in Australia. Having built a very strong brand over what is close to the last 20 years, they work with iconic Australian brands sourcing across specialist areas and industries. With such success comes the need to grow exponentially and to do this they have created a new role, Talent Acquisition Specialist, to focus purely on finding the best recruitment talent.

The opportunity
In this role an experienced resourcer or recruiter will enjoy their interactions with our client’s senior leadership team to understand their current vacancies and their longer term needs for talent pooling. Using a number of IT and recruitment strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and headhunting you will engage with the market across 3 main sectors, new to market, recruiters in other industries, and recruiters with direct market experience. This role is pivotal to our clients continued success which has been a result of hiring the right people into the right roles.

Who you will be
Operating from either their Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office (hybrid) this role will allow an experienced resourcer or recruiter to move to a talent centric position, nurturing and developing recruitment talent pools for immediate placement as well as future growth. You will probably be working in other candidate short markets and know the importance of engaging – speaking to people, owning this brand’s voice to market and ensuring a consistent message is heard as we all know it’s a long game – conversations you have now will result in placements to come.

The rewards
A high base salary, commission on every placement and annual company bonus is being offered to experienced sourcers as well as the ability to represent one of the best recruiters in the market. Although single brand specific now over time the role could focus on other brands within the group giving the role a greater remit.
