Our client is a business coaching and leadership professional services company, with a great brand, operating from Brisbane, providing coaching, mentoring and advice to SMEs all around Australia. With significant growth forecast for 2023 they want to bring their recruitment and HR/onboarding services inhouse and are looking for you!
The role
This is a newly created role where 70% of your time will be recruiting for the business and 30% providing HR support to new, and existing staff. The business recruits coaches as well as sales, operations, finance and all other business related positions. The business and work they do is really interesting, coaching many business leaders to be more successful so you will be working for a business truly making an impact.
Who you will be
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is inhouse, or is looking to move inhouse, to a professional services organisation. You will be passionate about people – their coaching business is all about people and connections and you will be the type of person that just naturally fits. You’ll have broad experience when it comes to recruitment, all white collar but a good generalist background. An important part of this role is the HR component so we hope you have formal HR qualifications and you maybe looking for a role that allows you to use that skillset as well. Excellent presentation and communication skills are needed as many clients are onsite. We can accommodate part-time however work time is office based.
