The role
Reporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition this role will have you working with the most senior members of the clients Senior Leadership team recruiting all the corporate hires this client needs as well as senior healthcare roles to ensure their services on the ground are provided to the highest quality. The role is truly varied – from senior healthcare management across the state to IT, marketing, finance, administration, any role a head office would need. On the whole, the work is developing talent pools for ongoing management recruitment needs – the need for these highly sought after and often specialist niche market professionals outstrips demand so there is the need for ongoing searching, networking, continuous contact and talent pooling. Located at Allambie Heights Monday to Wednesday when back in the office, you will either live locally or can drive with flexibility given on start/end times. For the rest of the week you will work from home.
Who you will be
You will be someone who enjoys dealing with senior stakeholders and working a variety of roles. You may be managing a small team now, or have the ability to step up to work and delegate to others, what can be quite a big job volume. You’ll enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be happy to pick up the phone to more candidates than less knowing building talent pools takes time. You will be the type of recruiter who has always known you’ve got a good gut feel, and can back that up with an attention to detail and keeping a candidate engaged throughout a thorough recruitment process.
You will probably come from another highly candidate short sector where headhunting, using LinkedIn, Seek Talent search and other portals is just part of your day – with this role you will feel real value in the people to find and place sitting onsite with the client who is an amazing organisation.
