As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will partner with our TA North America talent team and hiring managers to create sourcing strategies for hard to fill requisitions. You will be a true strategic partner to understand what is happening in and outside of the organization and bring that information to the business to help them make better talent decisions.

Job responsibilities

• Work with business leaders, recruiters, and HR to understand the requirements of the open role, develop a sourcing strategy, and provide market insights
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc. to identify in-demand talent for current openings and develop a talent pipeline for future openings
• Schedule career conversations with passive candidates to understand their goals and determine if our organization has opportunities that align with their interests
• Maintain consistent communication with recruiters, hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders on the status of active sourcing projects
• Search for talent using a variety of techniques and technologies including social media, networking events.
• Support the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned roles, identify, and assess potential candidates and supply a steady pipeline of diverse talent for key roles.
• Review qualified candidates in ATS and move forward to Recruiter Screen.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with tracking applicants and candidates.
• Perform a variety of other tasks, as necessary, to support the talent acquisition process.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years candidate sourcing or talent acquisition experience
• Experience hiring different skill types and seniority levels
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like SuccessFactors
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through internet search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
