About the role

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and forming part of our Talent team, this role will support salaried recruitment across our ANZ region. The disciplines in scope for this role include Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Manufacturing, Food Science as well as the odd global role. This is a varied role where you will get the opportunity to learn heaps about McCain and how chips are made – yum!

While you will be looking after operational TA for the region, you will also get involved in supporting various projects relating to this space so we will be counting on you to bring a continuous improvement lens to the role to identify opportunities for improvement. We’re lucky that we have a culture that promotes innovative thinking, challenging the status quo and trying different things to drive efficiencies!

A key focus of the role is stakeholder engagement and management. This role isn’t about taking an order and facilitating a recruitment process, our hiring managers are used to partnering with the TA team working with them hand in glove to understand their needs and then deliver on that approach. As you can imagine, you will get involved in various parts of the recruitment process and provide ongoing support through to the on-boarding stage.

Naturally some hiring managers need more support than others, as such you’ll need to use your discretion on the level of support that each case requires.

About you

You may have experience in a similar TA Coordinator role or have a HR background at Coordinator/Administrator level, but equally important is your personality and attitude!

In saying this, we are hoping the successful candidate would have some of the following skills and experience:

• Previous TA experience within a corporate environment where you have supported recruitment across a variety of disciplines
• Track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• High level of candidate care and follow up
• Strong communication skills combined with the ability to pick up new concepts, systems, processes quickly
• Comfortability with HR and recruitment systems combined with the learning agility on navigating new systems and processes
