Key Purpose:
To work as part of the UK Team which has been developed to provide a streamlined, efficient and effective administration service for HR transactions, benefits and reporting for the UK HR function.
Key Activities:
Complete administration for HR processes ensuring a timely and accurate flow of information and completion of requests between the Shared Service and Site based HR teams, line managers and colleagues in line with agreed targets.
Coordinate administration for Recruitment processes
Set up and maintain W:Drive with job descriptions
Issue contracts in line with defined terms and conditions and new starter packs
Organise SAP accounts, access control as required
Apply for Employment References, referring exceptions to the HR Business Partner
Ensure right to work checks are completed
Create New Employee Records and update SAP
Maintain SAP and employee records, issue relevant documentation for all contractual payments & benefits ensuring all payroll administration is processed within defined time frames.
Provide HR Manager with monthly KPI’s, statistics, annual HR reports and Comms Cell in line with the reporting timetables and provide base data for local interpretation e.g. headcount, absence, PDR’s.
Provide monthly accurate KPI’s for Group consolidation on Headcount, Turnover, PDR, Absence and Training & Development.
Maintain and co-ordinate the annual holidays for each of the UK sites including carry forward days.
Maintain and coordinate long service payments, thank you days and additional ad hoc awards/activities as required.
Co-ordinate the UK site productivity bonus awards on a bi annual basis.
Be responsible for the ordering, managing and distributing the Edenred vouchers.
Provide advice to managers and colleagues on processes and systems relating to contracts and benefits administration.
Deal with all general enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.

Good level of secondary education – including Maths & English Certificate in Personnel qualification
At least 3 years experience in administration role ideally within a manufacturing environment.Proficient knowledge of SAP and MS Office
