We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing strategies, including PPC, content marketing, email, and SMS marketing.

This role is pivotal in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across these channels to drive growth and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage McAfee Institute’s digital marketing strategy, encompassing PPC, content marketing, email marketing, SMS marketing, and social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve maximum ROI.
• Utilize tools like Klaviyo and HubSpot to create effective email marketing sequences and workflows, focusing on lead nurturing and inbound lead generation.
• Design and oversee the execution of lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure that content marketing strategies align with overall digital marketing goals.
• Analyze and on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
• Manage the company’s Shopify platform, ensuring optimal performance and leveraging its features for marketing purposes.
• Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and SMS marketing strategies.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficient with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo and HubSpot, including setting up sequences, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Experience with inbound lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with Shopify and its integration into digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytics tools to measure and on campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Salary Package :

The salary for the Digital Marketing Manager position at McAfee Institute in Chesterfield, MO, is competitive and commensurate with experience.

• The expected salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 annually (+ Performance Bonuses) Total OTE 100k, depending on qualifications and experience.
