1 year or more experience as an affiliate manager or working to some degree with affiliate marketing

Experience building, managing and expanding on lead generation products to maximize revenue and profitability

Recent track record of engaging affiliates, driving results and exceeding revenue goals

A keen understanding of Affiliate / Social Influencer needs to help produce high-intent traffic

Good understanding of various influencer traffic channels

A desire to strengthen the knowledge of others in the department for the collective growth of the business

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role would be to oversee the management and development of affiliate partnerships specifically for the Hemp / CBD vertical

They would need to manage a robust and high-producing portfolio of affiliates who can consistently generate traffic for our In-house Home Service products, all while providing intel into the broader Home Services marketing world to ensure we remain competitive and relevant in the vertical

Solution-oriented; proactive in addressing and resolving issues or road blocks that arise

Open to constructive feedback; motivation to improve weaknesses and harness strengths for the well-being of the group

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
