Responsibilities Include
Signing in drivers in and out which involves the following:
time stamps, updating logs, posting loads in our WMS, filing and updating a digital door check.
Singing out drivers which involves the same steps listed above.
Sorting and answering emails is a very large portion of the role as it is the primary means of communication among our team, vendors and customers.
Pulling customer orders from our WMS
Creating inbound deliveries.
Booking appointments with our customers, sending confirmation emails and logging loads.
Shift: Monday to Friday from 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $19.25 per hour
Perform all other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Be able to multi task as well as work in a team environment
Be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
A sense of urgency and the ability to follow up while performing multiple tasks
Solid oral, written and customer service skills
Strong computer skills as the job requires a strong understanding of Excel & managing emails via Outlook.
SAP experience would be an asset but any previous warehouse management systems experience would give the successful applicant a massive advantage
Lastly a proven track record of dependability; excellent attendance is a must for the successful applicant
