We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer in the Newcastle Area. Immediate start at $380-$400 per day. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end recruitment and administrative support experience. Project services experience advantageous. Primary Purpose of the Position

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner with key hiring managers to provide end to end recruitment services, project and administrative support. You will be responsible for the entire in-house recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance.

Key accountabilities/responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition team possess a high drive and huge emphasis on continuing to improve our recruitment model and the candidate experience. To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in end-to-end talent acquisition delivery including best-practice talent acquisition approaches.

Client focussed with solid stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands.

The ability to work as part of a team in a complex and sometimes, ambiguous environment.

There is an opportunity to also be involved in a wide range of recruitment/human resources strategy and process development and improvement projects.
