MBA CSI Hiring for Senior Recruiter Full Time

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi), is looking for a full time Senior Recruiter located in Chantilly, Virginia to join our winning team to provide support for existing federal government projects. This position will be full time and will directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Job Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to attain annual hiring goals, quality of hire and cost per hire metrics
• Ability to manage and sourcing resources & requisitions in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to engage and attract a variety of highly qualified candidates with various technical skill sets and experience to include: IT, Engineering, Facilities Management and Project Management
• Search, identify, screen, and technically qualify potential candidates utilizing a variety of tools to include: Traditional Job Boards, Social Media, Career Fairs as well as creative, non-traditional methods.
• Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively
• Ability to create and maintain a qualified pipeline of talent for current and future requirements
• Motivated & positive attitude with the ability to work individually and in a team environment with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to interface with Senior Level as well as Executive Management

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment
• Demonstrated experience performing full lifecycle recruiting of cleared personnel for technical and non-technical positions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with recruiting for the federal government to include: Cleared candidates, comprehension of contract language and RFP activities.
• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on several tasks concurrently.
• Able to work in a demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate
