Mazz NYC Inc. Hiring for Operations Coordinator at New York, New York Full Time

Our luxury fashion B2B e-commerce company needs a motivated and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. Do you love to make spreadsheets, lists, and organize your day to the last detail? Are you passionate about systems, data, symmetry, and productivity? If so, we want to talk to you. Our company needs someone to maintain our procedures to ensure our inventory, picking, and packing department operates at peak efficiency. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to constantly improve our output.

Duties and daily responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with sales team to ensure all inventory/merchandise offers are sent out to clients in a timely manner
• Research and calculate GPM (Gross Profit Margin) to collect accurate date on product pricing for clients and suppliers
• Review orders and work with our sales team to ensure all logistics and finances are accurate
• Oversee quality assurance processes
• Place and track orders from international suppliers
• Supervise the pre-delivery process and ensure all policies has been adhered to
• Oversee inventory and sales for clients that have consigning platforms
• Manage our dropshipping platforms
• Manage factor, invoicing, and chargebacks
• Maintain files and list of products, costs, and retail prices in both Euros and USD
• Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

Operations Coordinator skills and qualifications:

• Amazing time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail abilities
• Strong understanding of mathematical formulas
• Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Highly Proficient in Excel and Word.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Fashion Operation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback from a variety of channels
• Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions
• Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization
• Strong project management skills
