Mazda Australia Pty Ltd Hiring for Senior Information Technology Support Analyst at Epping, Victoria, Australia Full Time

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have a knack for providing exceptional IT Support? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our information technology team as the Senior IT Support Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and day-to-day technical support within our National Parts Distribution Centre (NPDC) in Epping.

In this role, you may also provide technical support to other Mazda Australia staff in corporate office and compounds, Mazda New Zealand corporate users, and the Mazda Australia dealer network.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to warehouse staff via email, phone and walk-ins
• Provide technical support on the wireless handheld devices (scanners and printers)
• Support Wireless Infrastructure in Somerton by liaising with Network Engineer in Mulgrave
• Provide support to Level 1 staff on escalated tickets
• Resolving and escalating incidents within agreed SLA
• Actively seek ways to improve the customer/stakeholder experience by providing better End User Computing experience
• Assist the team with project works and other duties as directed by management
