We are in search of a dynamic and energetic Area Manager – Vehicle Dealership Networks -Sales to join the team working across Victoria & Tasmania. ing directly to the State Manager, your new role requires regular travel to all dealerships within the region.

The synergy between Mazda Australia and our Dealer network is paramount to our collective success. Your role will be instrumental in driving business results.

Please note we have two current vacancies – 12-month maternity leave cover and a full time position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive increased sales volume profitability and market penetration for vehicles, parts, services, and accessories.
• Ensure dealerships consistently meet the business’s high-performance standards, focussing on the “Ultimate Customer Experience”.
• Undertake quarterly assessments of dealerships, communicating performance feedback to Dealer Principals, and implementing structured action plans.
• Oversee or implement training, co-operative advertising, national campaigns, and local market intelligence efforts among Dealers.
• Maintain a regular visit schedule with each dealership, adding value at every visit and ing progress through dealer visit s.
• Uphold Mazda’s brand reputation through effective management of policies, programs, and procedures, solidifying our position as a leading automotive brand for both Dealers and customers.

About You

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous automotive experience in a similar role.
• A self-starter with demonstrated ability to build long term strategic partnerships/relationships with new and existing customers.
• A proven track record of driving growth and development in a KPI-driven environment
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influential abilities to inspire growth and drive business success.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Strong financial and analytical expertise.
• Valid driver’s licence and a willingness to travel regionally in Vic & Tas
