Mazars Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Manchester, England Full Time

Reporting into the Senior TA Manager, your role is to source and attract high quality candidates directly for Mazars UK. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support the continued growth of Mazars in line with our firmwide strategy and goals. You will be responsible for a Team of Talent Acquisition Advisors.

You will have significant recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, from working either within a recruitment agency or in-house environment. You will also have a track record of direct sourcing across all levels up to Senior Leadership appointments across the UK whilst maintaining an exceptional candidate journey.

Data is at the heart of everything we do so excel and data analytics experience will be needed as well as strong communication and someone who takes the time to truly understand their key stakeholders.
