The senior recruiter will be responsible for recruiting hard-to-fill (critical, difficult, visible) positions. Works closely with Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Marketing Specialists to ensure openings have viable exposure and applicant pools and to build on-going relationships for future needs. May be responsible for mentoring team of recruiters to provide full recruitment service to departments. Individual will align closely with HR Advisory to ensure service line recruitment needs are fulfilled.
Provides recruitment services in a positive, timely, service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner. Positively represents the Mayo brand to candidates and promotes a quality candidate experience. Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and two (2) years recruitment experience required. Prefer at least one year experience in hospital setting.
Preferred certifications include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR); Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR); Association of Staff Physician Recruiter (ASPR); or certifications issued by Human Capital Institute (HCI).
