Due to exciting growth within our centre, we are looking for a number of early childhood professionals to join our well established team and community.

At Melton Early Learning Kinders, our purpose built facilities provide light filled rooms that facilitate a homely atmosphere. Conveniently located opposite St Dominic’s and Melton Primary School, Melton Early Learning offers thoughtfully newly refurbished spacious playgrounds that provide numerous learning opportunities for the children. Our Centre pets are always the centre of attention, the children will spend the day with friends and develop a genuine love of learning at Melton Early Learning.

We are seeking,

• Casual certificate 3 or diploma Qualified Assistant educators

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Employee Working With Children’s Check
• Regulatory approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Child Protection training
• Red Nose and Food safety training (willingness to obtain)

You will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills,
• Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
• Highly developed Professional Standards
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Passionate in achieving the high quality outcomes for children, families
• Experience with transition to school statements
• A strong focus on community
