MAYDAY are excited to be searching for an experienced technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-known global construction company. You will recruit across technical roles in the construction space and can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

• ASAP start
• Can pay up to $80p/hr + Super dependent on experience
• Temporayr role, initally until the end of January, with flexibility to work between the office & home
• Join a hardworking and fast paced team

Your role will include all recruitment duties, responsibilities include:

• Recruiting for technical roles across the blue and white collar space (20 – 30 open roles)
• Running end to end process
• Liaise and build relationships with line managers of all levels
• Advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing & shortlisting candidates
• Driving recruitment strategies and processes
• Liaising with stakeholders

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

• Experience in recruitment, agency or internal
• Familiarity recruiting in the construction space on technical roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and hardworking
• A decision maker that can communicate and collaborate well
