An exciting opportunity for a driven Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team of a fast pace construction company in coordination role. Learn from the best, work with an engaged & friendly team, based in Melbourne. This position will be work from home initially.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assists Director of Talent Acquisition on a variety of projects, initiatives and activities.
• Manage the centralised TA Inbox
• Coordination and tracking of compliance activities
• Coordination of assessment requests
• Scheduling of interviews
• Preparing & posting job advertisements on various job platforms
• Support with on-boarding, policy and procedure.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Demonstrated administration and coordination experience
• Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, people and priorities
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Great listening and delivery skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong partner service ethic to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills a must.
