The senior software engineering manager will oversee the software and systems engineering projects and related programs at MayaMD. Their responsibilities will include managing and optimizing all software engineering projects in accordance to the needs of the company and the client. They must also monitor the progress of all projects, and prepare and present reports regularly to the CTO. Moreover, as a vice president, it will be essential to be very organized and a strong leader in order to reach assigned goals, while implementing the company’s policies and regulations.

It is important that the candidate must be able to thrive and excel in a startup environment, and be willing to “wear multiple hats” when needed. The candidate should also be proficient in and is expected to manage the projects in Jira. Compensation and benefits will scale with performance and as the company grows. Some travel (e.g. team meetings) will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 per year
