Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates for various positions within Maxsip Telecom.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Review and analyze resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with Maxsip Telecom.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively networking and fostering relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Enhance and maintain Maxsip Telecom’s employer brand by promoting our company values, culture, and opportunities through various recruitment channels.
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and HR team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a diverse talent pipeline.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
