We are seeking an immediate start for an experienced talent resourcer to assist with blue and white collar appointments for a large organisation. This can be on a part time to full time capacity and based in Fortitude Valley.
We are seeking a friendly, energetic and tenacious individual to team up HR to assist with their demand. Your role will be focused on talent acquisition and resourcing HR and Administration professionals while developing Talent Pools and contributing to the growth of our HR
The role will entail;
- Talent searching
- Advertising
- LinkedIn, Seek searches
- Telephone screens, qualifying and booking in candidates for interview
- Ref checks
- Candidate profiles
- Client liaison
The successful person will;
- Have a background in HR, Recruitment or Resourcing, at least 5 years
- Passionate about candidate care and building candidate networks.
