Due to rapid and exciting growth we are now seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Hindmarsh.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Finance, this newly created Finance Business Partner role will see you working alongside the different business units to ensure accurate financial reporting, while providing clear financial guidance to management and operational teams. With an emphasis on providing high level professional financial analysis and advice to colleagues, you will prepare monthly management accounts and contribution to month-end closure, along with maintaining the organisational compliance for all fees, claims and grants. In additional to providing financial modelling for annual budgets and forecasts, you will develop ongoing relationships with the business units to ensure a pro-active service and provide them with them commentary around financial analysis’s that have been undertaken.
About You
We are seeking a true business partner with proven experience providing high level financial advice to leadership teams setting strategic direction. With a background in management accounting or as a Business Partner, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to provide advice, assistance, and interpretation of financial information and financial reporting to internal stakeholders. With CA/CPA Qualification, you will have experience in continuous process improvement, financial reporting, coupled with sound experience as a business partner contributing to organisations financial sustainability.
