Are you a sales and lead gen expert with experience using the phone to get SALES CALLS BOOKED for the sales team?

Or, are you a fast and pursausaive messenger, who can be texting and using instagram all day to book leads and chatting with small businesses to set up our sales team for success?

Our boss and CEO, Rudy Mawer is a famous marketing influencer, and we are in need of 3-4 more APPOINTMENT SETTERS to message the 500 new followers he gets per day and book them with our sales team.

(Please note: you are not closing the deals, just verifying the lead quality and messaging 100 people per day to discuss their business, have a brief chat via text/instagram/5 minute calls and see if they are a fit)

Most importantly… are you experienced and excited by cold outreach, fielding tons of messages, and creating your own leads (Goal is 5-10 sales team calls booked per day).

You could be the person we’re looking for if you meet ALL of these requirements:

– At least 2 years experience in some form of SALES or LEAD GENERATION or APPOINTMENT SETTING.

– A good understanding of digital marketing metrics and how digital marketing agencies deliver results for their clients. If you don’t know what an upsell is or what a retargeting ad is, you probably won’t be a fit.

– Experience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailing.

– Have basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving.

– Extremely professional on the phone and via text. Fast and accurate typer. Can spell very well and learn “our brand and voice” quickly.

– Can deploy sales methods that are not pushy or sleazy but still great at converting people into appointments and sales!

– Be ready to join a team, make exec calls, team calls, and partake in personal development. Job Type: full time 9-5 monday to Friday and need 1-2 people to do 12-8 monday to Friday.

Pay: $24,000 base per year (2k per month) plus $20 per call booked (we expect 5 per day or 25 a week or 100 a month MINIMUM) which would put you on $4500 a month. We believe 40-80k is realistic. Our top reps should be booking 10 calls per day.
