Sales Director

We have alot of high level clients, such as Billion $ brands, some of the Sharks from the TV SHOW Shark Tank, and Celebs such as Mike Tyson.
YOUR SUCCESS & THE ROLE
We have around 8 full time sales reps taking 40-50 calls per day. A key part of this role includes:
– Managing all the reps
The perfect person is a BORN LEADER and a BORN SALES EXPERT, you must be able to run operations, spreadsheets, s, manage emotions, keep a hungry sales team happy, but also hold them accountable and make them world class.
Sales Call Expectations
You will be expected to do a few calls yourself per day to keep “fresh” and in the trenches. The run down of these calls is the same for all reps.

POSITION LOGISTICS
This position is full-time out of our Clearwater, Florida office.
In addition to providing all leads, we include base pay plus healthy % commissions over all reps revenue generated above the last 3 months baseline.
Your first sales goal is to close a few of your own calls, learn the company, culture and offer in 30 days.
If this still seems like a fit, and you have the right personality and leadership style to be the sales manager, you will start to take over the team trainings, day to day, etc.

Deliverables
Own all plans and strategies for sales conversions and performance Monitor and manage ing on KPI’s to executive teamManage Sales team covering the following areas:
Review of Sales Team callsExecute Daily Huddle calls
Onboarding of new reps Performance Management
Continuously recruit and interview for A grade Salespeople to expand and enhance the team
Manage and conduct two to four sales calls dailyPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annually s to the executive team covering all KPI’s and performance inclusive of recommendations and areas for development
Lead weekly team and individual sales trainings
Work collaboratively across internal teams – Fulfillment, and Marketing Audit and monitor sales pipelines through CRM and Sales systems, inclusive of Pipedrive, Keap (IFS), and KixieReview and audit sales systems / processes monthly, looking to optimize systems for greatest productivity
Provide training and coaching to Mawer Capital clients participating in varying programs
