Job Overview:

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and help us ensure that our clients are achieving their goals and getting the most out of our mastermind programs. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with the support they need to succeed, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing excellent customer service and support
• Ensure that our clients are achieving their business goals and getting the most out of our mastermind programs
• Identify and address any issues or concerns our clients may have and work to resolve them quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and upsell our programs to existing clients
• Analyze client data and provide insights to our team to help us improve our programs and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients are receiving the most current and relevant information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM and project management tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Passion for helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals
