Mavros Foods, the leader in ice cream supplies distribution is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a position with our Toronto Branch.

Your role includes:

• Welcome and process orders from walk-in customers

• Process telephone orders and email orders from customers

• Respond to and professionally handle customer inquiries

• Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed

• Occasional warehouse duties during busy periods

The successful candidate will bring a roll up the sleeves and get it done attitude, combined with superb customer service skills in addition to strong organizational and computer skills.
