Role Summary
This role is part of the high performing EMEA HR Team who provide the full employee life cycle support for Mavenir’s employee base (c200) across 11 countries. You will also support the International recruitment team providing talent acquisition across the global organization when required. This role is an integral part of our small but incredibly valuable team, providing a broad spectrum of tasks that will support the achievement of departmental goals during an exciting phase of company development. This role is based out of our Reading office.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the offsite shared service centre to ensure the transactional requirements are delivered within the agreed SLA’s.
Manage the employee life cycle activities for all employees which would include:
Checking and validating payroll inputs for all countries.
Manage benefits administration and manage all third party portals and providing the relevant information as required for reporting purposes.
Maintain HRIS and supporting systems to ensure data integrity.
Filing and maintenance of records.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Supporting internal auditing to ensure optimum quality standards and identify potential process improvements.
Manage the EMEA HR mailbox
Assist the recruiting team with the following as needed:
Candidate pipelining using LinkedIn recruiter and database searching.
Handling direct applicant responses and Interview scheduling.
Complete defined tasks accurately and thoroughly within time expectations and quality standards.
Facilitate cross-functional interaction and work closely to achieve the business’s objectives.
Escalate issues where and when appropriate.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a similar HR role.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills across a variety of levels within a business.
Demonstrate awareness of general industry standards and legislation.
High level of drive, motivation, and enthusiasm coupled with a positive approach and can-do attitude.
Ability to cope with rapid and frequent business change.
Tech Savvy – with high capability with Excel, informational systems, and Office 365.
