Maven AGI Hiring for Head of Sales at United States Full Time

MavenAGI is on a mission to reimagine enterprise customer experience, starting with support. We believe that today’s support experience is broken: slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human capital intensive for companies.

Team:

Maven has assembled a world-class engineering team of senior engineers from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Sales at Maven AGI, you will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine customer experience for Enterprise. You will play a critical role in driving our revenue growth, expanding our clientele, and establishing Maven AGI as a leader in the AI customer experience space. This role s directly to the CEO.

Your leadership and sales acumen will be pivotal in building and leading a high-performing sales team, dedicated to achieving ambitious sales targets and forging enduring relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor a robust sales team to drive revenue growth and client acquisition targeting Fortune 1000
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Maven AGI’s vision, ensuring performance against key sales metrics
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture through coaching, training, and development of sales professionals across the sales cycle
• Forge and nurture enduring relationships with clients, including C-level engagements, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and aligning our solutions to meet those needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and other Sales teams across regions, to shape Maven AGI’s offerings and ensure they resonate with market needs
• Represent Maven AGI at industry events to drive brand awareness and foster industry relationships
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and other relevant metrics to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies
• Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, forecast accurately, and ensure consistent sales growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of technology sales experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a high-growth, tech-driven environment
• Strong background in AI, SaaS, or related technology sales is preferred
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive collaboration among cross-functional teams, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen coupled with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach
• High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
• Passion for customer-centric solutions and a proven ability to understand and fulfill complex customer needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
