About the Role

Due to continued growth and investment in our talent acquisition space we are seeking two experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partners to join our talent team on a permanent full-time basis. Joining us now will mean you play a key part in the transformational journey our Talent Acquisition team is about to embark on. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a business where the Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of creating careers.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a crucial role partnering with the business to ensure we have the talent we need to deliver on our strategies now, and into the future. You’ll be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an exceptional hiring experience and translating our diversity and inclusion ambitions into results.

You will also provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment always looking for proactive solutions. This is a fast-paced, high-volume internal recruitment role where you will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment processes and legislation are adhered to whilst providing a positive candidate experience regardless of the application outcome.

If you have expert relationship building skills, enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders and excel when utilising multiple resourcing techniques to find the perfect candidate then we’d love to hear from you.
