Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Accountants Payable to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the entire finance function, a passion for detail, and excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Produce timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

· Manage Accounts Payable, invoice review and entering, monthly vendor reconciliation, and weekly checks preparations.

· Develop and maintain accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, credit control, petty cash, Resident trust accounts and Resident petty cash accounts.

Qualifications:

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.

Experience – 3 to 5 years of producing financial statements using integrated computer systems.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
