Full charge bookkeeper position in busy accounting firm. We are a family friendly company that provides flexibility in scheduling to allow for family priorities. This position requires managing multiple clients, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and the ability to meet regular deadlines. Must have at least 5 years experience with:

Payroll processing and payroll tax filing

General Excise and Transient Accommodation tax filing

Accrual Entries for accrued expenses and income

Financial statement preparation

QuickBooks & Excel
