Responsibilities:
1. Assist with all Human Resources duties including interviews, orientations, terminations and discipline issues, maintenance of personnel files, attendance, performance, reward programs, employee assistance and benefits, training, and payroll.
2. Implement and administer employee policies.
3. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
4. Support the Facility Manager in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
5. Offer proactive recruiting assistance.
6. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
7. Is familiar with and complies with SQF Food Safety standards and ensures all product produced meets assigned quality standards.
8. Back up to Facility Manager for HR duties when Facility Manager is out of the office.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline or PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
– 2+ years’ experience in HR.
– Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
– Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
– Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
– Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
– Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
– Familiarity with MS Office suite.
– Excellent communication skills.
