Matthews Landscape & Pest Hiring for Marketing Professional Full Time

Matthews Landscape & Pest looking for a customer-centric marketing professional to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset for helping us remain fresh and competitive. We will rely on this person’s ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The marketing professional will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and research market trends and industry data so that the company remains on the cutting edge.

Objectives of this role:

• Support marketing team in delivering effective programs that achieve company and client objectives

• Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support

• Support the development of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit

• Build skill set and engage in ongoing education for the company

Responsibilities:

• Lead brainstorming sessions to collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, media promotion, and community events

• Manage company website (Wordpress and Elegant Themes Divi Builder)

• Contribute to lead-generation by managing digital advertising campaigns through Google, Facebook, and Instagram

• Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about competitors and trends

• Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives

• Create and distribute educational materials for both clients and staff

• Manage ordering of promotional materials (including clothing)

• Measure and performance of marketing campaigns Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and software applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to details and deadlines
