Mattheson Family Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Center is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and positive front desk coordinator for their Dover, NH office.

We are a chiropractic office that has been servicing the greater Dover community for over 39 years with our hands on, science-based technique. We are looking for a front desk staff member that is a quick learner and excited about helping improve our patients’ lives.

Some duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet, check in and check out all patients
• Collect payments from patient at the end of each visit and record in system
• Answer phones and return voicemails promptly
• Balance drawer at the end of each shift and follow closing procedures
• Maintain office cleanliness
• Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all patients
• Assist in patient treatments such as but not limited to electric stimulation machines, moist heat and ice packs, personalized exercises among many other patient treatments.
• We are also looking for experience in electronic billing which we have recently brought back in house.
