Responsibilities

• Identify and interview highly-competitive Healthcare professionals with specialized skills
• Present qualified candidates within the required timeframe to ensure efficient hiring process and increase retention rates
• Work independently from your home office, ing to the Deputy Talent Acquisitions Manager
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Leverage various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Provide excellent candidate communication and feedback, ensuring a positive experience
• Prepare documentation for Credentialing team review
• Track and analyze metrics to improve candidate pipelines

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Healthcare Recruiting experience, preferably in high volume, Government or Agency Recruiting
• Passionate and innovative team player with ability to work independently
• Creative thinker who excels at recruiting hard-to-fill roles
• Proven success in delivering results individually and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage a heavy workload
• Excellent relationship-building skills through phone, email, and social media platforms
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the organization
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in different software and applications
