Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. is Looking for Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant (FT) Full Time

• Monday- Friday
• 8 AM- 5 AM

• Data Entry
• Verify employee hours worked.
• Ensure all banking information for each employee is correct. – Create supporting documentation.
• Maintain client reports for hours approval
• Electronically submit all information to the Office Manager so pays can be issued on time.
• Manage payroll errors and correct issues for employees.
• Secondary duties include answering phone calls, organizing, maintaining the cleanliness of the office, and other various small office tasks.

• High level of Excel proficiency required (Intermediate skill level).
• Previous experience in Data Entry and Administrative Assistant positions

• Ability to be organized with a strong eye for detail.
• Outstanding accounting and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Strong data processing skills and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Stafftrak.
• Superior attention to detail, accuracy is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment
• Possess sound judgment, planning, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent problem identification and resolving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and support managers and team members.
• Adapt quickly and efficiently to new situations, effectively coordinate under pressure and deadlines.
• Prior Payroll experience an asset.
