Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. Hiring for Manufacturing Administator at High River, AB Full Time
Matrix is hiring a qualified candidate for our manufacturing client in High River. This role is a 6 month contract with the potential to go longer. A Manufacturing Admin will be responsible for the inner workings of the plant and possibly assist in all areas.
Duties and responsibilities
General
- Collaborate and support Production Supervisor and Maintenance with data management, analytics and reporting
- Maintains a binder of current role procedures
- Maintains chronological files and annually archives
- All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
Administration
- Create and maintain Maintenance JHA, SOP and SWI’s
- Manage the Plant wide SWI Audit program
- Provides administration support to the Operations Manager as required
- All production data entry and reporting as required
- Maintains Safety KPI reporting
- Assists the HR Coordinator and the Health & Safety Specialist as required
- Provides support to the plant team as required
Other Duties
- Cross-Trained as back up for QC testing
- Cross trained as back up for administration for the Manufacturing Clerk
Qualifications
- Office Administration certificate from a recognized educational institution and two years related experience
- Ability to flex time as required
- Successfully complete Company Standards Testing
- Requires personal vehicle
