Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. Hiring for Administrator – Manufacturing at High River, AB Full Time

Matrix is hiring a qualified candidate for our manufacturing client in High River. This role is a 6-month contract with the potential to go longer. A Manufacturing Admin will be responsible for the inner workings of the plant and possibly assist in all areas.

Duties and responsibilities:General:
Collaborate and support Production Supervisor and Maintenance with data management, analytics, and reporting.

Maintains a binder of current role procedures.

Maintains chronological files and annual archives.

All other tasks are required for the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Administration:
Create and maintain Maintenance JHA, SOP, and SWIs.

Manage the Plant-wide SWI Audit program.

Provides administrative support to the Operations Manager as required.

All production data entry and reporting as required.

Maintains Safety KPI reporting.

Assists the HR Coordinator and the Health & Safety Specialist as required.

Provides support to the plant team as required.

Other Duties:
Cross-Trained as a backup for QC testing.

Cross-trained as a backup for administration for the Manufacturing Clerk.

Qualifications:
Office Administration certificate from a recognized educational institution and two years of related experience.

Ability to flex time as required.

Complete Company Standards Testing.

Requires personal vehicle.
