Matrix Expedited Service Hiring for Truck Driver Recruiter Job at Flint, MI Full Time

The fleet is growing at Matrix Expedited Service and we are adding a Driver Recruiter to our team. Matrix is Flint based providing dedicated route and expedite service in the automotive market. The ideal candidate for this position is seasoned in the trucking industry, has strong communication and team building skills. Is familiar with multiple social media platforms for sales and marketing purpose.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Driver Services to post and manage job openings
• Source additional applicants through phone and other means of contacting
• Contacting, screening and qualifying new hire drivers.
• Help with onboarding new hires and mentoring them through the process
• Coach, manage and motivate all drivers
• Input and training on driver retention culture and programs

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in driver personnel management
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
• Based in Eastern MI and willing to travel.
• Must be reliable, punctual and flexible
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient on social media platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
