Matrix Design Graphics is seeking a Full Time Electronics Skilled Assembler. We are looking for an experienced, self-starter who is eager to contribute to the team. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in electronics or mechanical engineering technology from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an electronic technician. Electronics, Bachelor of Technology, an asset.

Requirements:

· Previous experience working in Electronics Manufacturing

· Ability to read and understand assembly documentation including electronics schematics, interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

· Manual assembly of electronic components; install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies

· Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements

· Performing hand soldering, inspection and rework of all TH and SMT components, assemblies and custom parts

· Able to trouble shoot and correct issues on-job sites

· Posses valid driver’s license

· Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required

· Working knowledge of QuickBooks – Manufacturing Edition, a great asset for inventory!

· A positive attitude and team player

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language is essential

· Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and attention to detail

Employment Terms:

· Full-time, Permanent

· Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, 1/2 hr lunch break

· Hourly Wage: $20.00 to $27.00 /hour based on experience

Salary: $40,000.00-$54,000.00 per year

We have separate work stations. Gloves, sanitizers are provided. A strict entry policy from outsiders is enforced. Only those with meetings are permitted and must sign-in with temperature reading and masks required. Premise is cleaned regularly.
