Matrix Business Capital – Sales Support and Loan Processing. $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 plus.

We are looking for an “A” player to help us with our sales volume. We are having a record setting year and are ready to add a dynamic person to help us with processing the loans we are funding and to help us stay connected with our clients who we have helped finance equipment for their business. You will be supporting a top salesperson. It is a process to learn our team’s systems and the equipment finance industry. You must be prepared for an industry change if you have not already been financing equipment and potentially a two-year learning curve. This will be a 12-to-24-month journey to six figures. We provide equipment financing and operating capital for businesses. We also help vendors who sell equipment by providing finance options to their business customers. Our team is dynamic, and we have a family like atmosphere where everyone gets along and loves what we do. We are coming off our best 2 years ever in the company’s 16-year history. We are looking to add an outstanding person to help provide leverage to our existing team and keep up with our sales growth by providing excellent 5-star service to the people we serve.

Responsibilities: Processing equipment loans from credit application to funding. This includes processing credit applications, preparing loan documents, and following up on items needed to fund the transactions. Quality Control calls and checking in with our clients and vendors after the transaction funds. Back up other team members when they are away from the office. You will be working with a top producing salesperson to give them leverage so that our team sales volume will increase.

Skills Required: Must have strong people skills while being positive, enthusiastic, and energetic. Must be good at talking on the phones and making calls to existing clients and vendors. Must possess the ability to leave positive upbeat voicemails, texts, and emails to customers in a polished and professional manner. Must have exceptional customer service abilities.

Compensation: First year income expected is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00, second year income expected is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 plus, third year income is expected to exceed $100,000.00 plus. This includes a base salary of between $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on experience and an aggressive monthly performance bonus that takes effect after an initial 6-month training period. If you have never processed loans before then there is a learning curve, and you will start at $60,000.00 and have base reviews every 6 months to aggressively increase to $80,000.00 over a 24-month period. If you have processed loans for 2 years or more however you have not processed equipment loans, then expect to start with a base of $70,000.00 and then an opportunity every 6 months for a base increase to get you to $80,000.00 in a 12-month period. If you have 2 years or more of equipment financing experience, processing equipment loans as an equipment finance broker, then you will be eligible for $80,000.00 starting base. Keep in mind regardless of experience the bonus kicks in at month 6 after an initial 6-month training period. If you have strong work ethic and a burning desire to succeed it is possible to be on a six-figure run rate once the bonus plan kicks in after month 6. Requirements: We require a 4-year college degree and prefer 2 years’ loan processing experience. Office hours 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. We do business with the east coast so earlier start times are available upon request. Must be consistent and punctual. Must be able to come into our office in downtown Long Beach each business day. It is also important to have good personal credit.
